So have no fear of them

First Reading: Psalm: Gospel:

Isaiah 6:1-8 Psalm 93:1-2, 5 Matthew 10:24-33

Matthew 10:26  "So have no fear of them; for nothing is covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known.

Faith is what we need to be bold.  A belief and a desire to attain something to the point that nothing will stop us.

We need not be afraid of the enemy for God has defeated the enemy.  That victory lies in the truth.  We must therefor tell the truth and shout it from the hilltops.  We must not be afraid and hide the truth or disguise it.  Boldly proclaim truth where ever and whatever it is.  Truth is our only hope and it is what defeats the enemy because the enemy is empowered by lies and the fear they bring.

Father, help me by your Holy Spirit to always say the truth no matter what danger or perceived danger confronts me.  Help me to know the truth to say and to be bold enough to say it.
