Mark 6:18 For John said to Herod, "It is not lawful for you to have your brother's wife."
It is interesting. Today Sarah Palin was announced as John McCain's running mate for VP.
She is one who stands up for truth. John stood up for truth. It cost him his head, but he did it because if you don't stand for truth, then why stand at all?
Do we stand for truth, or do we give in to convenience?
Father, help me by your Holy Spirit to stand for truth, to not be weak when the heat is on.
